Council of Pirate Lords

The Council of Pirate Lords is a loose confederation of the richest and most influential captains who operate out of the Arnesport, including Amber Arnes, Lord Tarly Wyndhoek, Haus Wexler, Sticky-Fingers McGee, Cap'n Flameskull, Deadeye Hollins, and Taln Wolfheart.
